I had Melissa list my home for sale and was extremely happy with her. Since I lived out of state I often had her go above and beyond the usual real estate agent duties including meeting contractors, picking up keys etc. She never complained and was always happy to help, usually within a few hours at the most. If anything, I was the one slowing things down not her. She got an offer within the first week it was listed. I especially liked her idea of a “virtual staging” which only cost me a fraction of what a real staging would have cost. Not sure how she did it but she was able to get me 99% of my asking price without the usual back and forth contentious negotiations.
