Located off Paces Ferry and Ridgewood
Paces is a large and distinguished Buckhead neighborhood located just west of I-75 and bordered by the Chattahoochee River. Many of Atlanta’s highest home sales are found in the Paces neighborhood including Tyler Perry’s former home that is now owned by Steve Harvey. This desirable area includes The Lovett School and The Westmister Schools.

West Paces Ferry Shopping Center and Paces Ferry Plaza are just a few minutes away with Publix, Whole Foods, and many of Buckhead’s favorite restaurants including Blue Ridge Grill, Houston’s, and OK Cafe. It is also home to several local businesses including Eleanor’s Place, Baby Braithwaite, and Lake Pajamas.
Memorial Park is Atlanta’s third largest public park expanding across almost 200 acres. The popular park is home to a large playground, wildlife sanctuary, and walking trails connecting to the Atlanta BeltLine Northside Trail.
Bobby Jones Golf Course (located off Northside) was the first public golf course in Atlanta and opened in 1932. The newly renovated 9-hole course is home to the Georgia Golf Hall of Fame, the Georgia State Golf Association, and Georgia Section of the PGA of America. Nearby Bitsy Grant Tennis Center was built in 1952 and it is home to Atlanta’s largest tennis center with 28 courts. Players can reserve 13 clay courts, 12 hard courts, and 3 platform tennis courts.
