Peachtree Heights West showcases the work of Atlanta’s famous architects including Neel Reid, Philip Shutze, Pringle and Smith, and Hentz, Reid & Adler. The neighborhood is a standout in Buckhead with highly coveted grand homes on generously sized lots.
Peachtree Heights Park was developed by Eretus “Petie” Rivers (who E. Rivers Elementary is named after) and Walter P. Andrews with land purchased from Wesley Gray Collier in 1910. The neighborhood was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
