Located off Peachtree and Piedmont
Peachtree Park originated as the Peachtree Highlands neighborhood in 1915. It was developed as housing for railroad workers and it is now designated as a national historic district on the National Register of Historic Places.
Peachtree Park is a tight-knit community tucked away off Piedmont with no cut-through streets - known as an island in the city. The active civic association hosts social events and playdates for the neighborhood.
Its central location and walkability make Peachtree Park a standout Buckhead neighborhood. Walking trails and pedestrian bridges connect the neighborhood with premier shopping and dining surrounding the residential area.

Peachtree Park Nature Trail is a one-acre walking trail located in the neighborhood with a picnic area, fitness stations, and birdwatching spots. Peachtree Park is an access point to the Path400 Greenway — a 5-mile trail for bicyclists and pedestrians connecting neighborhoods with parks, retail, and eventually the Atlanta BeltLine. Bynum Bridge Park connects the neighborhood to Lenox with a pedestrian bridge over GA 400.
Peachtree Park is minutes away from Atlanta’s best shopping at Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza. Lenox is anchored by Neiman Marcus and Bloomingdales and offers a large food court and popular stores such as Apple, Nike, and Sephora. Shops Around Lenox is home to Crate & Barrel, West Elm, lululemon, SoulCycle, and Flower Child. Phipps staples include Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, and an AMC Theatre with exciting new developments on the way including Nobu Restaurant and Hotel, Citizens Culinary Market food hall, and new luxury retailers.

Peachtree Park Civic Assocation works together with Friends of Peachtree Park to maintain and improve the neighborhood. The community hosts a full social calendar including its own 5K race each year to raise funds for the PPCA and Peachtree Park Women’s Club which meets monthly.
